Multiple issues..help.

Hey,

My father's 720 is having multiple hardware+software issues..can any one help..

1. The Windows key isn't working

2. The call log is crashing

3. Needs constant restarting

4. Can't take an incoming call...Needs to reboot first.

5. No missed call information

6. All the apps are crashing

7. No tiles are opening

Will a factory reset help our do I need to take it to the service centre?

you should go to NCC (Nokia Care Center) to request a phone repair to the representatives out there. It's surely phone defect.
