Multiple issues

Hello everyone,
I just got my 8s, 2-3 weeks ago, and i'm already having multiple issues with it. I'll list the main ones here:
- when i press my camera button, it doesn't open the camera app, and if i go on the app, it does not take a picture if i press it!
- sometimes, the screen just zooms all of the sudden on a certain part of the screen, and i can't get it back to normal without having to restart the phone
- last time i tried charging my phone, (i'd run out of battery) the LED did not turn red like it should have. After waiting and then trying pressing different buttons it finally charged but i'm afraid of it happening again, and that doing things like that are bad for the phone
- it has frozen a few times, and i've had to force restart

I'm really at loss here, i don't know if i should send back my phone or not, if there's a way to solve these issues... i've looked all over the web already

Defected probably, i have 8S but didn't encounter such issues

ok... so i should send it back then? have any other people encountered such issues? if so i'll try to get another phone...
