Music in Windows Phone Store gone

Hi I just recently reset and I already transferred my music, videos, and installed some apps.

Why does my Windows Phone Store not showing Music? It only shows Apps and Games.

My region is Philippines. It is use to have a music there before I reset, but now it is gone.
Also the settings of music+videos is empty. It only shows suggestions.

My region has been set to Philippines since the first time.

Nope. But when I first setup my phone, it is set to Philippines...


EDIT: I change my region to US, rebooted, but Music is still not available in Store.
