My 1520.3 is on 15063.138 and the apps aren't current

I grabbed the last CU update 15063.138 for my 1520.3. Not a very good experience, mostly because most of the Microsoft apps are not current (not compared to my 640XL on 15063.2). Anyone else? Why would this be?
