My 640xl ''LUMIA camera'' isn't working. But 'microsoft camera' is working fine

In my new microsoft 640XL mobile, the'lumia camera' is not working. It says'' something went wrong''. its very new phone. How to solve it? :cry:
 
go to setting > about > reset your phone and still it not working download lumia recovery tool and reinstall software it will solve the issue.
