hello, in the last time i did not use my lumia but... today when i turned on my phone my problems began 
So... i can't use basic apps when i trying to turn messaging,people, nokia mix ,storage check my phone return to menu and when i connect my wphone to pc, windows detects the phone but when I go into the internal memory is no any file. Unfortunately, I had a cloud off if there is any way to recover pictures from it? or repair this problem ?
