My battery runs out but it still doesn't open, what can I do?

my battery runs out but still didn't open

when i was on my job yesterday i saw my phone it was 3% but still i didn't plug in to charger because so busy ... then after my work i saw my phone it's turn off as in ...then when i reach home i plug in to charger i wait until 2 hours then i try to open it but i can't open it...so i leave it into charger all night and in the morning i try again but still it didn't open ...what should i do please somebody help me

Try removing the battery if you can and put it back in and charge
