My battery went off while resetting my Lumia 520, now I have a sad icon. How can I fix it?

battery off while reset on my lumia 520

I tried to reset my lumia 520 with windows 10 insider OS.
while reset processed my battery was pulled off because falling into the floor.
When i plugged in battery again i found a "sad" icon after gear spinning.

please let me know to fix it.

If u have laptop or desktop then download"windows recovery tool" and connect ur phone through ucb to laptop. And wait for some time before appearing ur phone into windows recovery tool and then install w8.1 . U must have a proper internet connection for this procedure around 2 gb. U can also reach out to Microsoft repair centre for the same
