I connect the BenQ monitor to my laptop via HDMI adaptor but it disconnects and error "No Signal detected" is a ongoing issue. All cables have been unplugged and resecured without success. Display settings have been checked also - no 2nd display can be found. Please help!

I run Windows 10.

Hi Patricia,

First step - try using another HDMI cable if you haven't already. Not all HDMI cables are the same and if using an inexpensive one - some work well on one device, but not on another.
