my computer only starts to the point of the wallpaper can't get any further. HELP

I had windows 7 but did free windows 10 install. I did not like it and tried to go back to windows 7 now the computer only makes it to the wallpaper for windows 10.

How did you try and revert back? In Settings on W10, there should be an option to roll-back if it hasn't been 30 days.

Do you still have your key from 7???
