My computor wont reset

Hi so ive tried to reset my computor multiple times and it doesent work and then i tried a wack way to do it and now when i sign in my backround is gone and i cant open anything even when its connected to the internet

What happened when you tried to reset it normally? How did you end up resetting it in the end? Can you tell us more?
