your request is way too vague to answer.
what kind of dell? what version of windows? is it up to date? did you recently add new hardware? new software? how old is it? is it the same OS that it shipped with, or did you upgrade to a newer OS?

There is just about anything that could go wrong on a PC and asking for help without a descriptive explanation of the issue doesn't help.
