My dual life

I have dual outlook.com email/skydrive accounts - one for work, one for private stuff(vacationpics mostly). I also have dual facebook accounts, again one for work, one private. I'm sure I'm not the only one, how do the rest of you deal with dual accounts on your WP8-phone? Dual email is not a problem of course, but what about dual skydrive? Facebook?

You can only sign in to one Microsoft Account at a time. Well, Facebook, I think you can manage two on your device.
