my HP 1050 printer wont open now.Why?

It has been opening for years. is it caused by an update maybe?

Hello Katfirish, if you want people to help you, you really do have to help them first.

You have given no information that would enable any one to be of assistance to you.

What do you mean by "Open", open in settings, open to show what is printing, or is the lid stuck?

What OS do you have, we can guess its a version of Windows as this is a Windows forum, but do you have Windows 7, 8, 8.1 10 or something older?

Have you done the basics like rebooting your PC?
