same here! my update is stck at boot up! i cant do anything! totally helpless now!

Yeah, Use the Nokia Recovery Tool and try again. Let us know what happens?

I was able to go back to Windows Phone 8, but now I have to get back to 8.1 (taking forever), download the dev preview and try again. This may be awhile.
