my lumia 530 is not charging batter drains when kept in charging

i bought a lumia 530 dual sim 3 years back.it had some intial problems like restarting suddenly sometimes and two days back when i kept for charging.even though it shows its chargng,the percentage is decreasing a lot.before sleeping my mom detached the charger and it showed 5% charge by morning it has been dead and is not responding much to the charger.when i connected to the pc it charged a little abt 30% in two hours.when i detached it it showed abt 24% which was lesser than when it is plugged in.could anyone know the solution for this?
