My Lumia 640 is bricked, how can I fix it?

my lumia 640 is bricked help ???!?!?

so i tryed to hard rest my phone because my phone would not unlock when i put the right password in ... so i tryed to hard rest it .. then in the middle of hard resting it i toke out the battery because i changed my mind... now when i turn on my phone it shows the Microsoft logo and then it goes to a rotating gear then a sad face comes on and it keeps doing that over and over .. any can helpp?i tried doing the power button and volume down button and nothing works but i feel like i tryed everything... help
