Stays at 0%. Tried it over the 4G network and wifi. Checks and says an update is available. Phone works fine otherwise, including downloading apps from the store. Have seen a lot of others with the same problem.

Hi, are you talking about Windows 10 mobile updates?
If so, then make sure you are using WiFi.
Next, there is a known issue with the progress staying on 0% for a couple of the new Fast ring Insider builds.
If you leave it for an hour or so (depending on your network speed) it should progress.
