my lumia 640xl is stuck after updateng to the latest windows 10 built

I am just seeing windows logo after updating to the latest windows built
how can I fixed this problem ?

I had the same problem. Had to use the Windows Device Recovery Tool to restore back to 8.1, then upgraded again. It worked fine the 2nd time.
