My lumia 920 vibration is faulty

Hi guys,

I have a problem, I recently bought a second handed lumia 920, but after a few days of owning it I noticed the absence of vibration. I tested the vibration with some software, and I can hear a buzzing sound when putting my ear next to the back of the phone. If I shake the phone when doing this test the vibration sometimes starts to work again for a few seconds.

Is anyone familiar with this problem and knows a fix? I have the appropriate set of screwdrivers to open up the device so that shouldn't be a problem, however after seeing some online footage showing how to dissasemble a nokia 920 I prefer to avoid this.

I have windows 10 installed on the device, but as far as I know this problem was also present when it had windows 8.1.

You need a new motor replacement or maybe it's loose , take it to service center or try it yourself if you're familiar with.

I've had a problem with this too. It stopped working then started working and then stopped again and now it's completely gone. All I hear is that buzzing noise you mentioned.
