My Lumia1520 windows10 can't save contacts.

I upgraded my L1520 8.1 to W10 yesterday.i was wondering why i can't save any contacts.i tried in messaging when i was about to add the number to my contacts the proccess suddenly close.i tried many times its all thesame.i go to dial pad its thesame..pls help me.theres no way i can memorize all of my contacts.thank you.
