My Lumix 640 is jammed - how do I free it up or re-boot?

2 month old phone, fully charged, no problems in the past. No response to the buttons or via the touchscreen.

Press and hold the power button and volume down button for about 10 seconds will do the trick; the phone should vibrate and reboot your phone.
