my microsoft edge ( running MS 10) will not sync between my desktop and surface, whats the fix.

I'm running MS 10 on a desktop that was running 8.1 and have a surface 3 running MS 10

are you signed in both pc with the same account? And are they both on the same OS version (everything updated)?
