My new start screen operated for about a week now its gone, how can I get it back?

new start scree operated for about a week now its gone

I left click on the start button on my screen - nothing - i right click and get the list of options to turn off search (which does not work) etc but althought the new start screen was available when I first downloaded windows 10 it wont work now
