my next book NXW116QC264, tablet mode is not working how do i fix

[Windows Central Question]

it did not have any windows on it i managed to put a windows 10 on it using usb drive for some reason it never had a windows or it was completely erased, so managed to put windows and now i have no sound and more importantly none of the tablet features work at all i tried tablet mode and nothing and once i power it on with the button on the tablet i cannot turn it off with the same button neither the volume button works or the window button on the tablet itself only with the keyboard can i do anything on it once i disconnect from key board nothing happen screen stays on and no matter what i press nothing happens note i can go to a factory reset screen before windows loads and use the touch screen features there but once it loads touch screen features dont work
