hi, my nokia lumia 625 has refused to come on. i think my son hit the 'reset' button but ever since, my lumia only comes on, shows the 'NOKIA' sign and goes off. what do i do? it was bought in nigeria.

Just to make sure, is it charged?
Maybe a soft reset could help, although I doubt it will.
Press and hold the power and volume down keys for 10-15 seconds, or until the phone vibrates.
Maybe you can use the Lumia Software Recovery Tool in case its only been software-damaged.
