My nokia Lumia 820 digitizer broken

Friends,

My Nokia 820 digitizer broken, display is working fine.

Went to NCC, hadapsar, pune. they are charging 7000 INR.

In ebay there are digitizers from 2000 to 5000 - I assume fixing is also from few videos in youtube.

Has anyone got changed from outside, fromebay - and how they the working condition.

In pune can anyone suggest a better place to fix this asap.
