My PC crash when I click on "next" in the session login

Well, I was on Windows 7 and I just finished to install W10 on my computer but I have a major problem: my desktop doesn't launch and my PC is crashing when I click on "next" when I have entered mt session password.. and then my PC relaunch and it do this all the time..
