Had my black l920 since last december and yesterday it started only playing mono sound. Today I tried to reset it to wipe the email account before taking it in to be fixed and it locked at the gears screen..was still showing the gears when i got to the Nokia care shop hours later. They reckon they'll have it fixed by Monday.
