my phone is now black

when i switch on my mobile there is nothing to show only black screen is appear no more tiles or other work is appear what i do ?

Try a soft restart by holding down the power and volume down buttons together for about 10 seconds until the phone vibrates.

If that doesn't fix, you may need to use the recovery tool on your PC.
