My phone is turning on & off

hey,
I need help! my phone is doing the weirdest stuff. it turns on and off programmes whenever it wants, randomly starts writing messages and calling people. I;m starting to think that an alien is living in my phone... if you know how to deal with it, please help me ;D

If you don't get any other advice you could try a hard reset, but that will delete all data on your phone

just turn off your phone for 5 minutes daily ...thats it ..no lag and no restarts ..personally tested by me works 101 %
