My printer is in error state. Status says installation incomplete go to Windows Store.

I cannot print anything from emails, online, pictures. Only adobe. I've had the same computer and printer for 2 years. Recently computer locked up, and I had technician repair, but no programs or printers were affected (supposedly). Please tell me how to fix
