My Start screen Tiles got Very Large

I noticed twice in the last week that when I took my 830 out of my pocket it was like my phone was in Accessibility mode. The only to reset it is to restart my phone. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Maybe turn off magnifier in ease-of-access under settings?
