My Surface Pro will not turn on and fully charged. Is there any trick to get it to turn on?

I work at a dental office and we have the newest surface pros. I think 3 or 4? I charged one over the weekend and now it will not turn on at all. I have held the power button for more than a minute and nothing happens. Is there a trick to turn it on?

You might want to contact MS support. Especially on the webpage, they are pretty fast with ansers for something new like that, and it should be warrantied.

I have luck pressing the power and the volume down button at the same time for about 12 seconds. Restarting the device and usually the surface screen will come on per usual.
