my window phone is turning on but is not going to the lock screen

When my phone turns on it goes to the nokia logo and the window's logo but turns to a blank screen and then turns off and try's to turn on again. Even with its charging it don't turn on.

Try an soft reset or contact to the manufacturer or the carrier help centre.
Also try to use the Nokia recovery tool.

You may need to try downloading windows device recovery tool to reset your phone and get it out of the loop

Additionally, Perhaps the battery is loose - if you can remove the battery, try that
