My Windows 10 installation is stuck, what should I do?

windows 10 installation stuck

my installation is stuck at preparing to install and is not making progress. Any help this is my 2nd time trying to install windows 10

Have the same problem too. Stuck at the bottom of letter 'a' of " downloading. I've already waited 1 hour now but still, no progress at all. :unhappy:
