My Windows 10 says "Windows 10 Enterprise," How's this possible???

I thought windows 10 is suppose to be a Home or Pro, but after installing a Key I got from a Friend mine is a Windows 10 Enterprise.... Please can someone explain.

Where did your friend get the key? Did you also get the installation media from your friend? Enterprise is obtained only through volume licensing.

Does your friend work for a Microsoft partner, or for a company who uses volume licensing? If so, your version of Windows, while being activated, is still not legitimate.

I work for a Microsoft partner, and we use Enterprise on our computers at work. However, we do not use them on our own personal computers. We could easily enough; we have the install files and product key available, but it would be violating the ToS.

Hey Mr. I didn't know that, I just didn't want my windows to expire and so I asked him to help me get a key on line.. I didn't mean to violate any rights.

Buy a license, don't ask your friends to give you pirated ones.
