My Windows 8 phone is locked up. I can't get into it, and I can't turn it off.

Suddenly, my Windows 8 will not do anything. I can't get into it and it won't turn off so I can re-boot. It was fine earlier.

Press and hold the power and volume down keys for 10-15 seconds, or until the phone vibrates.
