I attempted to update my windows phone after being notified that I have updates. Once the download was complete it prompted me for a restart which I did. it restated and the gears was spinning until the process bar got to approximately half way. The automatically shutdown. I powered it on and now it won't load the gears spin for a short time then shows a :-(.
