My windows phone got stuck in restart loop

I have Lumia 630 running windows phone 8.1. When I start the phone it shows nokia screen and again it restarts but some time it showns nokia screen and windows logo and again restarts. I have tried everything, soft reset, hard reset. I have also used Windows phone recovery tool but nothing happens. Please help me for this issue.

nothing happens..again it is stuck in restart loop.
