my zoom keeps changing

[Windows Central Question]

I have recently purchased a HP pavillion laptop with Windows 10 installed.My zoom keeps changing. I've tried mouse and touchpad settings,disabled pinch zoom apply and ok it which works fine until i shut down.Once restarted it reverts back to constantly changing. Is there any way to save the changes.
