How turn off navigation key vibration in latest update wp 10

It is not in the settings menu at this built. Swipe to the app list. Search for "touch" setting. Disable it. (if search doesn't work correctly just type "s" and scroll to find it.

Yes it is in the settings menu but it depends how "good" the update to W10 was on your device.
In my 920 only after a roll back and clean install it turned up in settings under extra's.
But indeed for some the touch turned up in the app list but also for some the setting for nav keys did not turn up at all.
