When does the non-disclosure agreement on reviews end?

Would love to order after reading some reviews of this thing from various sources, while still taking advantage of free shipping :) I mentioned I got burned one of two times I was an early adopter - with the BB PlayBook - and that was an expensive mistake I do not feel the need to make again!

I'm sure Microsoft must have sent out WP8 & W8 devices to all the big tech review sites, with the NDA stating they can't drop their reviews till after the official presentation.

The big review sites can generally be trusted for this, because its important for them to have all the latest products.

They said on either Engadget or Vergecast that the NDA is lifted Tuesday. Not sure if they were just guessing though. Or maybe it was on Windows Weekly. Yeah I think I heard it on Windows Weekly.

Someone was also saying that they lift today here, but it probably came from the same source.

Yeah it was on Windows Weekly.

Hopefully we'll start to see reviews today.

Today probably around noon PST. Walt Mossberg supposedly gets to post his review first. So I'd expect his around noon and the rest shortly after.

I'd bet they have it timed so that the NDAs lift shortly after the iPad Mini event, to try and steal back some of the news cycle.

Apparently Microsoft changed the embargo time. That's why the review showed up and disappeared. Mossberg is supposed to get to post his first and he (according to Paul Thurrott) may have had some issues that Microsoft had to address, hence the delay.
