need a cheap Android phone to use until the flagship S10 phone comes out

im ready to replace my Lumia 950 but want to wait to see what the Samsung S10 line looks like (including that crazy new flagship phone in March). What is a really expensive Android phone I could get for the next 2-3 months that would run Microsoft Launcher, Office, Teams, Outlook, Twitter, Facebook, Spotify, Grover Pro (Podcast), Windows Central, and take decent pictures. I can live without the best quality, performance, experience for three months. I was thinking of getting a pay-as-you-go phone and put my AT&T Sim card in it (turning it into a regular phone). I did that once with the Lumia 640 phone. Thanks!

I would recommend the Nokia 6.1 (the 2018 one goes for around $250) or the Nokia 3.1 (if you'll like to be really frugal at $160) or the Sony Xperia XA2 (which can be found for $200, and also has good reviews generally).

I have a Xiaomi A1 and I would recommend that. It's affordable and on Android One, so it gets all the latest Android updates. For example, it has Android P (OS 9) whereas top of the range flagships from Samsung do not.
