Need a Data Manger App

Need a Data Manger App other than Data Sense App.
Any other data manger app with WiFi & Mobile Data Management & Apps data usage.

Forget it you won't find a 3de party app which is allowed to "get" this info on a windows phone.
But maybe with W10 data sense will be improved.

Just for my curiosity what should this app do what data sense can not?

I like it too, some more details like graph, colorful, stylish , I seen an app in Android " My Data Manager " that kind of detailing that's what I mean
