Need help(backup fail)

Hi all,
i need help i have a issue with my lumia 620 8.1 dev preview....when i am tring to take backup then i receive a error that is "there was a error to taking backup please try again.....how to fix it.please help.and my second question is how to save backup fil to my pc from sky drive or one drive....please urgently help

Let's check date/time on your phone. If it's the same current date/time, your backup'll ok. I've been this problem and I do so. The problem was solved.

i were delete old backup as i mention.i delete it also from sky drive.but still problem.and in outlook there is only 234 messages that i receive in 2013..but i received alot above 1000..in 2014.where is my new text message please help me i will be gratefull
