Need HELP! for 920

Hi, I have a Lumia 920 when I want to flash it today the phone stopped at the red background with a white nokia logo. So right is there anyway just turn it off going back into the phone, because the phone also won't turn off. Thanks.

Have you tried holding down vol down and the power key?
