bro not a dumb question have restarted many times...and also hard reseted it once still the sme

Please do not create duplicate threads as it fragments discussion and generally adds to clutter.

I think its safe to say you need repair. I can't say whether the display is broken, whether its a loose connection, whether its defective or, etc.
