Need help unlocking the Lumia 1020

Anybody who has an AT&T account can help me request an unlock code from them? I'll gladly pay up to $25 for it.
I got the phone off eBay back when it was easy to buy unlock codes, but not anymore. Now AT&T is the only one handing out the codes and I do not have an account with them.

you can't request 1020 att unlock via that site, it show can't be unlocked when put the IMEI. Must call an agent and explain it.

Yeah, but you need an account and I don't have one. That's why I'm asking for help.

My experience with calling in is that they point you to the unlocking site as it takes a load off the reps.

They won't unlock the 1020 unless u call in and get a rep that will actually do it. Some other thread suggested calling the international support number and ask them to unlock. Most reps if not all will direct you to the unlocking website and even without typing in anything else, as soon as you type in the IMEI #, it'll clearly tell you that the device cannot currently be unlocked. AT&T completely blocked unlocking on the Lumia 1020. You can try it yourself at http://www.att.com/deviceunlock

Try to tell them that the site does not work for you or some other excuse why you can't access the site, and ask if they can do the unlock for you.
