Need help with voicemail on t mobile with unlocked 928

I have a unlocked Nokia lumia 928 using T-Mobile network. The data, call and message are working great but I can't get voice mail work (I can't set up the Call forwarding).Is anybody Know how?

You shouldn't have a problem, are you able to turn on Visual Voicemail in the voicemail settings?

No, I can't turn on Visual Voicemail because it always going to Verizon *86 which I can't reset. I tried use Call forwarding and I couldn't get it work.

Couple things to try
1. Take the sim out and restart the phone a few times
2. Make sure you set the APN settings
3. In settings, make sure the voicemail number is correct (manually override if you have to by undoing the default number). I don't know what the number is, but you can google it
